I'm most proud of everything that I have learned in engineering over the course of my entire high school career. To come in to high school and dive into several different disciplines of engineering and succeed in each is an incredible undertaking. Whether that was completing the digital electronics course and gaining a grasp of electrical engineering or the computer science principles course to be exposed to coding, I am proud of the fact that I was able to learn so many different things and fall in love with engineering before I even have to go to college.

For incoming capstone students, I hope you understand how incredibly lucky you are to have access to such great resources and teachers who are willing to help you excel in engineering. To be able to be exposed to the workshop we have or the 3D printers we have, or even the competitions we are able to participate in is a very rare and fantastic opportunity. Use this year to confirm your passion for engineering and if that passion isn't there, appreciate the time you have in the capstone class and have some fun with your projects.
